"I've been with Sloan Clark State Farm for a decade and a half. I usually loathe the insurance business, but Sloan's agency has been a diamond in the rough. Every time I call and speak with Roxana, I feel like I'm speaking with a friend. Sloan and his team have been very helpful talking me through my options and finding the best coverage for me for the best prices. I've had to make a couple minor claims, and they have always come through. They were also very helpful when I had a recent fender bender that was my fault. I am happy to recommend this agency."

"If you want your life insurance swiped out from beneath your feet then by all means, sign up with this incompetent insurance company! We were on vacation and my wife talked to one of the agents at Sloan Clark. We paid both my life insurance and our car insurance and thought nothing more of it. Little did we know that for whatever reason it did not get paid. My wife again talked to the same agent and she assured us it was fine if we paid by a certain date to be in good standing. The incompetent agent neglected to tell my wife, in that conversation, that our car insurance policy had been canceled due to their not making the payment back when we were on vacation! My wife then talked to SLOAN CLARK himself and he defended his agents incompetence! I cannot tell you how devastating this experience was in dealing with Sloan Clark State Farm. I had a 300,000 dollar life insurance policy and I believe this was done to get that policy out of their system. Why do I think that? Because, shortly after signing my life insurance policy, Mr Clark himself tried to get me to lower the amount. This happened a few years ago, and I, only now, can write these words. I was so angry at them, that the only thing to do for me...was to not think about it. THIS IS MY FAMILIES WELL BEING! Mr. Clark screwed me and my family over! If you’re ok with that sort of thing, then sign a policy with this incompetent and disgusting excuse for a man!
